If you are seeking Hep C info: The core curriculum of this site addresses the treatment of Hepatitis C, including HCV HIV coinfection. Through the innovative HCV University Fellows Program, expert faculty share the latest in Hepatitis C treatment. Once you complete each of the modules below, you may apply to participate in the HCV Fellows Program. By becoming a HCV Fellow, you will benefit from direct access to the expert teaching faculty who present modules on this site. Our faculty will mentor and advise you as you develop your skills and work to improve your ability to treat Hepatitis C patients. The HCVU Core Curriculum provides you with an evidence-based foundation of HCV information. The Core Curriculum is comprised of five lecture-based PowerPoint presentations delivered by our teaching faculty, and topics include HCV epidemiology, natural history, testing, treatment, side effect management, HIV/HCV Coinfection. The target audience for these activities is physicians who are interested in HCV screening and treatment. Interested audiences may also include other medical caregivers (i.e., NP, PA, RN, etc.) who are interested in improving their knowledge about hepatitis C diagnosis and care. Each module can be viewed independently. The California Society of Addiction (CSAM) designates each module for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Modules
