Module 3: Hepatitis C Treatment
 
This module provides current information on Hepatitis C and treatment of the liver.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the fundamentals of HCV treatment
  • Medications
  • Monitoring
  • Recognize the results from pivotal HCV treatment trials
  • Describe how pretreatment variables impact upon HCV treatment and outcomes
  • Describe the use of early virologic testing to predict HCV treatment outcomes
